What a fantastic day at the Collinsville Bacon Busters!

Collinsville Family Practice’s Chronic Conditions Program was proud to host our Health Promotional Pop-Up Clinic, providing the community with an opportunity to focus on their health and wellbeing. 🩺

A special thank you to JCU Medical Student Zach , Nurse Grace and Dr Soe for helping make our promotional stall a success.

Connect with a mental health practitioner via telehealth to work through online tools. Appointments are available between 8am to 8pm on weekdays, and 10am to 4pm on weekends and public holidays.
