Nature moves in perfect harmony. So does the journey of the soul. There is first the journey outward - a movement into form, into experience, into density, into the lessons of incarnation and ego. Gathering the imprints of all that has been lived, the energy matrix becomes heavier and the original light more obscured.

Awakening is the turning point; the homeward journey begins.

The old imprints and misconceptions loosen and fall like autumn leaves to the earth. With each layer that falls away, the energy matrix becomes, more transparent to the light that has always been there. The soul itself directs the human home.

The outward journey is the descent into experience, the return journey is the lightening into remembrance.

There is a light within you that has never changed. It is the light of Grace.

Like the light of an ancient projector, it shines ceaselessly through the film of your being, through every imprint, every belief, every memory within you. Then upon the screen of life the images appear. Life simply reveals the frame through which the light is passing.

Neither the screen nor what it bears is who you are. You are the light that shines.

I was sitting in the sunshine with Rosie, on this beautiful, bright but pretty crisp morning 🥶!! , when my Guides had this to say .....

The Creator is Light. From Light you were born. Of Light you are woven. As Light you continue to exist. Never, for a single moment are you left to sustain yourself.

The Creator continually bathes the Earth in Light. It nourishes the forests, the fields, the waters and every living creature. All life is held within a sacred exchange, each sustaining the other through the same eternal source. So too are you sustained.

In every moment Light enters through the crown of your being, and like sunlight passing through a crystal, it unfolds into a spectrum of living frequencies. Through your chakras you experience these frequencies as courage and fear, joy and grief, love and power, compassion and surrender. They are not who you are; they are the colours of experiences through which your soul comes to know itself in human form.

The greatest illusion is that you are separate from your Creator, that you have been left to walk this journey alone. The One who breathed life into you, has never ceased to do so. With every heartbeat, every breath, every step, you are sustained by the same Light that brought you into being.

This morning I headed out in my car before sunrise. As I turned on the headlights and watched the light pierce the darkness, I received a message from my guides. Spirit is talking to us all the time, in many different ways, nudges, reminders, sudden knowings, it is up to us to listen to the deeper levels of ourselves to hear what is being offered. Here is the message I received in the early hours.

"The searchlight pierces the darkness, illuminating only what falls within its beam. It searches for love through the narrow range of its own vision, seeking ever outward and unable to turn its beam onto itself.

Then dawn comes. The sun rises, and light pours over the earth. Nothing is singled out; nothing is excluded. In that greater light, even the searchlight is seen."

Spirit is using the searchlight as a metaphor for the ego. Our ego searches outside of ourselves for a sense of wholeness, connection and love. Just as the searchlight cannot turn on itself, the ego does not awaken, it does not realise the truth, it cannot. Awakening is the emergence of essence into the forefront of our being, it is the sunrise. Then we can see the searchlight, the ego, for what it is.

The Sound of Essence studio has had a beautiful revamp, and I’m having so much joy bringing this new space to life.

The creativity seems to flow effortlessly from essence itself—drawing inspiration from the natural bushland, textures, fibres and treasures that find their way into my hands. It’s been a deeply creative process, and some truly beautiful (and some delightfully quirky!) pieces are emerging to become part of this sacred space.

The moment you welcome spirit into your life, you are born anew. Something ancient awakens within you and your being erupts into dimensions that have always existed, waiting only for your remembrance. It is a celebration, not only within you but throughout creation for another soul has come home.

You have never walked alone. You have always been accompanied by loving unseen companions, guiding each step, honoring your free will and gently weaving every experience into the evolution of your soul.

The veil upon humanity is the belief that you are separate; from spirit, from one another and from love itself. From this illusion springs scarcity, striving and suffering.

When the veil is lifted, the game is over. The flavour of life transforms from surviving to thriving.

You see that nothing has ever been against you. Every joy, every loss, every challenge has served you. Life has always been unfolding in perfect service to your becoming. In that knowing, fear dissolves into trust, scarcity into abundance, separation into unity.

This is the celebration of a soul remembering that it has always been infinitely loved, eternally guided and unwaveringly held by life itself.

In healing, there is no space for blame, anger, betrayal, or any lower vibration. At the level of the soul, there is a quiet knowing that all experiences were part of a deeper choosing—lessons agreed upon, and souls who consented to walk with you to help bring them into form.

True healing is met with compassion, with tenderness, and with gratitude. It rests in softness and acceptance, honouring all that has been. It is the recognition that nothing was in vain—that every step of the journey was shared, and within it, wisdom was gathered and truth remembered.
