In person Semi private training is coming to Matraville!!!!

🚨Maximum 3 people per session. Almost like 1:1 but without the 1:1 price tag. But unlike group classes, you aren’t just showing up and winging it… Every session is structured, form focused and intentional.

Here’s what’s included:
→ 1 or 2 in person sessions per week with me
→ Additional sessions to complete at home or in your own gym via the training app
→ Program refreshes every 4 weeks - built around getting you genuinely stronger in a way that works with your body as a woman
→ Monthly group Zoom calls - educational & mindset, not just a check in
→ A small community of people showing up for the same reasons you are
→ 16 week minimum commitment (because that’s actually how long real progress takes)

These are the first things I look for in my clients:
