Did you notice the symbols on each corner of my She Is Magic oracle card? Each magical woman featured has her own symbols which represent her.

Mine are: a spiral, blue lotus flower, dolphin and peacock feather.

Why did I choose them as my symbols?

THE SPIRAL: Evolution, Expansion & the Journey Within
The spiral is one of the oldest symbols of transformation. It represents the unfolding journey of the soul, returning to yourself again and again, but each time at a deeper level of awareness.

Why it represents me:
My work is not about linear change or simply fixing a problem. It is about guiding women through cycles of remembrance, healing and expansion, spiralling inward to reclaim wisdom, then outward to express their highest self.

THE BLUE LOTUS FLOWER: Awakening, Intuition & Divine Wisdom
The blue lotus is associated with spiritual awakening, inner peace, heightened awareness and the opening of consciousness. It’s symbolism carries the energy of emerging from the depths with clarity, beauty and grace.

Why it represents me:
The blue lotus reflects my ability to guide women into deeper connection with their intuition, their soul wisdom and the unseen realms of possibility. It represents the blossoming of the inner feminine - calm, wise and deeply connected.

THE DOLPHIN: Joy, Flow, Heart Connection & Playful Intelligence
The dolphin symbolises emotional intelligence, communication, harmony, freedom and the ability to move gracefully through the currents of life. It carries both deep wisdom and joyful expression.

Why it represents me:
The dolphin brings an important balance to my work. Transformation does not have to be heavy. Healing can include pleasure, laughter, beauty and the art of living well. It reflects my Dolce Vita energy - embracing joy, connection and the richness of life.

THE PEACOCK FEATHER: Radiance, Sovereignty & Sacred Self-Expression
The peacock feather represents beauty, confidence, visibility and the courage to reveal your true colours. It carries the energy of owning your uniqueness without shrinking.

Why it represents me:
This is the embodiment of the Elegant Rebel. It speaks to women who are ready to stop hiding, reclaim their brilliance and step into their wisdom with grace and power.

A message for healers, coaches, creatives, light-houses, etc.

The other day I did a beautiful 20 minute Vibrational Alchemy™️ taster session with a woman who I enjoyed a divine connection with.

Yesterday I emailed her to check in with how she was going and if she had any feedback for me. She's a westerner living in Bali.

She was generous in her praise and honest with her feedback.

"I can't think of anything I would change. You did a great job of showing me what it is you do.

Everyone I have spoken to were intrigued by it (it's that kind of crowd around here) but they instantly dismissed it once I shared with them the price."

My response to that was:

"It's wonderful that you shared your experience with others. Bear in mind that they didn't receive the experience you did and have no clue as to the depth and value provided.

Also, having been in the spiritual community for a long time (which includes western folk in Bali), I know and understand where they're coming from.

I have done a lot of inner work to move beyond the "struggling healer" archetype that's prevalent in the community.

I value my work deeply as I recognise that I'm a specialist in my field. Not everyone can do what I do.

In regular society specialists in any field are highly valued and paid accordingly. Why not us?

A paradigm shift around charging our worth is long overdue and I'm grateful to be a part of this movement.

Individually and collectively, we can do more good in the world when we are financially robust creating beautiful philanthropic projects."

YOU are desperately needed.

It's Spring and that means it's artichoke season. I love them with a passion and ate lots of them in Rome.

But none came close to my Mum's stuffed artichokes.

I miss them... *sigh* 🥰

Geez I grew up with fantastic food!!!

I'm eternally grateful my parents insisted on natural home-made fare which also included the BEST sausages, salami, pancetta, capocollo, prosciutto, red and white w**e, black and green olives as well as split green Sicilian-style, bottled passata, pesto, salted baked ricotta, giardiniera, preserved eggplants, gnocchi, jams, etc.

To me, my parents' cellar was a veritable Aladdin's cave and it was also Dad's man cave.

Dad had an easy chair in there and was often found kicking back listening to his favourite operas while sipping on his w**es straight out of the oak barrels.

La dolce vita can be created anywhere. What's your way of creating a little dolce vita magic in your life?

How's everyone been feeling lately? Personally, eclipse season wipes me out.

Having spoken with others, they're feeling the same way, wanting to rest and cocoon.

The energies have been super intense.

If you can, take this opportunity to stop DOING, slow down, take time out for yourself, have an Epsom salt bath (with quality essential oils if you have them), nourish yourself well and enjoy just BEING.
