The older I get, the less interested I am in trying to reach everyone.

Instead, I simply speak to the women who find themselves in these words.

Women who have done so much for everyone else that they've almost forgotten what it feels like to come home to themselves.

I haven't been absent.

I've spent the past couple of weeks tuning into and becoming the latest version of myself as a woman who will soon be 67.

There's a difference.

Some seasons ask us to speak.

Others ask us to listen so deeply that we can no longer pretend to be the woman we once were.

I've never wanted to create content just to stay visible. It feels soul-destroying to me.

I'd rather disappear for a while and return with something that carries more truth.

Maybe you've been in a season like that too.

Maybe life has been quietly reshaping you beneath the surface, even if no one else can see it yet.

Wow the crazy things I saw in my client this morning!

When I did my usual energetic diagnostic scan of her body at the start of her Vibrational Alchemy™ session with Helen (not her real name), I was immediately drawn to her eyes, which looked like Star Wars' C-3PO's eyes. Most particularly, her left eye.

When I went deeper into it, I saw a robotic eye which was definitely not of this Earth. It also had a mechanism through which she was being controlled. It was her in another lifetime, on another planet and she was being used as some sort of spy.

She had witnessed absolutely horrific things with those eyes and it confirmed some things in this lifetime.

She has a lesion on that of her brain and it's possible she may have suffered a stroke. She also has neck pain at the same place where I saw a type of control device was attached to her which I removed.

Her main health issue for the past 40+ years has been her heart. Sometimes it would stop beating altogether which made her to black out, causing panic and then go to 180+ beats per minute very quickly.


When I focussed my attention there, I saw a massive old school brown leather doctor's bag where her heart should have been and it bigger than her chest. I've never seen anything like this before. Tools were coming out of this bag.

When I'm shown things I need to make sense of it, put it into language and find the relevance to my client's life. I sensed that she was a person who was always "fixing" others and giving pieces of herself away. She's strongly empathic and feels everyone deeply.

There were sooo many people that we need to clear them out of her heart space. She was no longer available to be the fixer of everyone, to her own exclusion.

Once the tool bag was cleared I looked to see the condition of her heart. It wasn't there! I've not had the experience before where I couldn't see a client's heart. I then realised that I had to call in all the pieces of her heart she had given to others as well as retrieve all the pieces others had taken from her.

Her heart began to form again while she was being visited by her female ancestors going back generations. They were all there in a circle supporting her, encouraging her and rebuilding her heart into wholeness.

It was such a beautiful experience feeling the energy of all those women and the wisdom they held within their field. Helen is writing a book and they told her that she would be their voice and that they would come to her in meditation to co-create the book and infuse it with their sage wisdom, insights and love.

Throughout the session, Helen felt calm and with a steady pulse of around 60 beats per minute. And by the end of it, she was absolutely beaming and glowing with happiness. It was so wonderful to witness.

My work takes me to some very unexpected places - I never know where the session will take me. All I will say is that the body doesn't lie and when the soul gets on board, it's a fantastic co-creative magical mystery tour. Trippy and drugs not required!

I need your help! After numerous requests over many years, it's time for me to teach my unique-to-me healing modality, Vibrational Alchemy™ by breaking down the process of what I do intuitively and documenting it.

I'm looking for 5 people to have a safe and confidential session with me over Zoom which will be recorded for my study purposes only and not shared with anyone.

Together with my expert Spirit Team, my "human x-ray" capability will zoom into the deep-seated issues that present themselves and are cleared energetically via channeled vocal tones, light language and energy like Reiki on steroids.

This is open to previous clients and people new to my work. I generally work with women, however I do also have a number of conscious men as clients.

What is your mental and emotional state when you are preparing and eating your meals?

Are you rushed, agitated, bored, resentful?

Or are you in high vibrational state of gratitude, joy, peace and serenity?

Are you aware of how this affects the food and beverages you consume and the flow-on effect to yourself?

Most of us have experienced the difference in our lives whether consciously or unconsciously.

We can "taste the love" when it has been lovingly prepared.

We may have followed our grandma's (or other loved one's) recipe to the letter only to discover that we cannot replicate it and it doesn't taste anywhere as good as theirs.

Let's do ourselves and our loved ones a favour by being more mindful of our emotional and mental states when we prepare our meals.

Let's nourish ourselves and others with the gift of greater health and vitality through consuming our "loved up" food which our bodies intuitively lap up with relish and a deep sense of satisfaction.

That's the Dolce Vita way!
