I hear this in different ways all the time.
"I just don't feel like myself anymore."
And when I ask when that changed, often there isn't a clear answer.
It wasn't one big thing.
It happened slowly.
A little less energy.
A little more overwhelmed.
Not sleeping as well.
Feeling more emotional or anxious.
Periods changing.
Less patience.
Less motivation.
Just... not quite feeling like you.
And somewhere along the way, you get used to it.
You tell yourself you're just busy.
You're getting older.
Everyone is tired.
Things will settle down soon.
But what if this isn't simply "who you are now"?
Sometimes our bodies are trying to tell us that something has changed.
Hormones might be part of the story. But so can stress, sleep, nutrition, your cycle, your stage of life, your environment...
and everything else you've been carrying along the way.
And this is where I love the work I do.
Because sometimes there is so much we can do to support a woman in feeling more like herself again.
Not by chasing perfection.
Not by trying to "fix" everything.
And not by throwing a hundred supplements at the problem.
But by stepping back and asking:
What does your body need right now?
Sometimes it's understanding your hormones better.
Sometimes it's looking at sleep, stress, nutrition or nutrient deficiencies.
Sometimes it's support through a big hormonal transition.
And sometimes it's simply having someone help you make sense of what has changed.
It's not about chasing perfection. It's about tuning in to what your body needs today.
You haven't necessarily lost yourself.
Maybe you've just been needing a little support to find your spark again.
If you've been feeling like you've lost a little bit of yourself along the way, you're not alone. 🤍
