Bali Yoga Retreats are the absolute best week of our year!!!
Back in 2008 we ran our first yoga and meditation retreat in Bali.

This was a dream come true! We couldn't really believe that what started out as a passion had become an international lifestyle. Wow!

We had no idea that nearly two decades later we’d still be hosting these weeks together.

What keeps us doing it is what we see happen every single retreat.

People arrive tired, busy and often a little disconnected from themselves.

But after a few days something shifts.

The nervous system settles.

Laughter returns.

People rediscover a deeper sense of calm and clarity.

We've actually had many students make really significant life shifts when they return home, after giving themselves this precious time away to reset and reconnect.

This September we’ll be returning to Bali again for a beautiful week of yoga, meditation and rest.

It was just a little over 3 months ago when I realised my entire nervous system had been absolutely fried after the past 6 years - Covid, caring for my dad before he passed, then caring for my mum for 4 years before she passed.

I realised I just needed to get away and do a little 'self retreat' in Bali to replenish the tanks. I went with one intention - to move, breathe, meditate and reflect on what's most important in my life.

Now, looking back, this was the single best decision of my recent life. This time away has fundamentally changed me at a very deep level. I'm more alive, smiling all the time, filled with energy and with this strange almost child like enthusiasm to get out there and explore life...

Sometimes you just need to heed the call and follow your heart, even if everyone else tells you otherwise. Holidays are nice but focused time off with practices like yoga, meditation, journalling and reflection are really potent change makers.

I think this is one of the reasons we keep going back to Bali every year to teach our annual Yoga and Meditation Retreat. Since 2008 we have been sending groups back to Australia after their week in the Rice Fields, with bright glowing faces and huge open hearts.

Sometimes what we really need in life isn't another productivity strategy or therapy or self help.

We need space.

Space to breathe.
Space to move our bodies.
Space to reconnect with ourselves.

This September myself and Vanessa will be hosting a 7-day Yoga & Meditation Retreat in beautiful Bali.

A small group experience focused on:

• Yoga and mindful movement
• Meditation and nervous system reset

Starting 1 February for 3 Months - All Online with a wonderful community of diverse people all looking to discover the inner code for living a happier, more fulfilled and contented life.

Is Happiness genuinely possible in such times of seeming conflict, uncertainty and change?
