EXCHANGE: $20 - Casual, or
$100 - 6 class pass (valid 3mths)

TRiBAL TiDES is currently taking expressions of interest for Pregnancy Yoga to begin in the New Year...💥❤️🙏

This fabulous 75-minute flowing yoga class includes breathwork, gentle postures (for Mum & bub) and relaxation. Held on either a Tuesday or Thursday morning from 9am (or maybe both 🤔), from the first week of February 2026…
