Our Jazzy girl is the first to share hers and as you can see she is definitely working hard on keeping her energy nice and clean. She also loves to go to her oracle cards for easy daily guidance. If you know Jazzy you know just how much she loves working with children. She prides herself on parenting in a conscious way through love & understanding not through fear & hierarchy. With so much going on …within and around us, sometimes all we need is to slow down and just be with nature.

Simply to be.

Lets - Step outside into nature 🌳

Leave our phones behind.

And notice the warmth of the sun, or the cool breeze on our skin, the sound of the birds, the colours around you, and the feeling of your feet on the earth. 👣

When we slow down, we create space.

And in that space, our nervous system begins to settle, our mind becomes clearer, and we remember that peace isn’t something we have to find… it’s something we return to… 🤍 🕊️
