Friends, this one feels very close to home today. 🤍

Everywhere I seem to go lately, I’m having conversations with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes and simply not feeling like themselves. And this is ME!!!!!

And I’m right there with you. Some days feel good… and some days can feel really bloody hard. 😂🤍

So today’s Monday Moment is simply about meeting yourself where you are.

When you wake up and your mind feels heavy, your energy feels low or your body just feels different, start small.
Try these few things which have been helping me🩵🤸‍♂️

Get outside first thing🌿
Put your bare feet on the earth.
Feel the morning light on your skin.
Take a few slow breaths.
Put on music that lifts you.
Move your body if it feels good.
Stay present.

And most importantly, become aware of the story you’re telling yourself. 🤔

Instead of trying to fix everything, ask:

“What do I need right now?”

Maybe it’s rest.
Maybe it’s movement.
Maybe it’s sunshine.☀️
Maybe it’s a good cry.
Maybe it’s reaching out and saying, “I’m not doing so well today.”

And that’s okay.

Your body is changing. Your needs may be changing too.

So listen to her/him🤍

One small thing at a time.
This will pass.
Tomorrow can feel completely different.

SPEAK IT INTO EXISTENCE ✨🙌

Two weeks ago, I shared with a beautiful friend how …..I wish we still did QI GONG at the centre….

Exactly a week after I spoke those words this beautiful couple arrived at I AM !!!!!

To share their amazing Cacao , MACA AND OF COURSE QIGONG!!!!!!!….which we will have in our centre selling very soon!!!!✨🙌🤸‍♂️

of course I was super excited!!!!! Gavin There’s such a phenomenal human with beautiful energy. He embodies his work.

We had a beautiful trial tonight and let’s just say we will all be attending Gavin’s classes!!!!

We will be starting weekly Qigong classes Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm hour classes!

Then monthly 90 minute classes which will include meditation and Cacao!!!

There are so many benefits of Qigong friends. Amazing for our hormones, especially women going through Peri and mani✨, grateful strengthening our muscles and organs and most of all cleansing all of our organs and cells and bring a deep peace with in.
I could go on and on this is just a tiny snippet of the benefits.
