On the eve of Aged Care Employee Day, ASL would like to acknowledge and thank all of our dedicated staff who work diligently to honour and care for our elders. All staff make a valued contribution either directly or indirectly and we humbly thank everyone - the cleaners, hospitality, maintenance, allied health, spiritual care, admin, volunteers, managers, personal care workers and clinical staff who make a difference each and every day. Our team know that aged care is never just a job - it can't be. We are so grateful for the compassion, dignity and joy these staff bring to their work each day, and recognise that their care makes our community stronger, kinder and truly connected.
