At last! Papernook's Arts Therapy group for young women is in motion. We couldn't be prouder of the vibe over the past 2 workshops :)

Create, connect, belong. 'About Her' is our new inclusive space for young women aged 14-23 years (current group of 5). This is for women finding their place in the world, we invite imagination, create cool things, talk about real stuff and practice socially.

Facilitated by Chloe + Jasmine, two fully-qualified Registered Arts Therapists means every young woman is seen and valued. We're experienced at designing gentle, nurturing, safe spaces to build confidence, meaning connection and encourage creative self-expression.

🌸✂️ Prep underway for this beautiful workshop feat. creativity, collaging, conversation and a delicious high tea ~ This Sunday!

We have teamed up with Coffee Cabin to host a special in-person workshop for women, with a focus on important health checks 🧡🩷 You’re Invited to 'Pink Ribbon & Orange Hearts' ✨

Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation (ACCF) will join us to share, followed by a relaxing, purposeful creative activity and delicious food.

🕰️ 11:30am - 1pm
🎟️ $35 per seat

15% of proceeds will be donated to Orange Hearts – ACCF. Besides raising awareness, ACCF provides real, tangible support to families facing the financial burden of cervical cancer—offering grants that help cover essential costs during incredibly challenging times. Be part of a cosy and meaningful high tea filled with connection, creativity, and purpose. We promise a gentle workshop with focus on art making that prioritises women’s well-being. Facilitated by Registered Arts Therapist, Jasmine Sernberg 💕
