🚨Pelvic Control🚨

The most overlooked cause of lower back pain is poor Pelvic control. A very good starting point to regain control of your pelvis is the humble Pelvic tilt.

This simple exercise can be challenging to execute effectively early on. Use this video as a guide to execute Pelvic tilts and start gaining control of your pelvis!

Laying on your back or side, tighten your lower stomach muscles, tip your pelvis towards you and flatten your back onto the floor. Hold for a breathe in and out. Release the muscles and return to neutral.
Repeat 10 repetitions, 3-4x per day.
