This week in circle, we sat in silence focusing on the flame of a candle for 10 mins, here we block out the outside world, moving our attention totally on the flame allowing our imaginations to run wild within the flame. There were people seen dancing within the flame, hooded figures, the flame itself moving like it's coming alive, stretching upwards, around in circles, something shot out of the flame circled around it then went back into the flame, this was seen by everyone. The whole concept of the flame was to focus and lose yourself within the flame, taking you away from any protruding interruptive thoughts. The students loved it.
Our Automatic Writing was asking about our soul journey, looking at how our physical life may impact on our souls journey. We had some interesting Writings, but mostly our Spirit Guides were letting us know, even when we are off our planned Spiritual path, our soul continues to grow and evolve, here we are having lessons as our physical life can throw some real curveballs, but whether its your soul or your Spirit Guides you may feel a pull in a certain direction in life, as we have free will, its up to us which path we take
