Our circle participants this week practised what it is to sit in the quiet space of stillness, no music, no sound, just silence, and your breath. Focusing on your breath in a space of complete quiet allows you to help release your day, your thoughts may still find their way in, you don't fight these thoughts, you allow, acknowledge and let them go, and place your focus back on your breathing. This space of stillness with practice can teach you to quieten your mind, allowing you to be more open to your Spiritual senses.
Our Psychic exercise was hands on readings, with great information relayed.
We also practiced how to sense Spirit Energy, with each person having their own personalised experience with this. Validating Mediumship is a very personal journey, and you should remain individual within the teachings of Mediumship.
