Corowa Community Garden

Corowa Community Garden The Tree of Life Community Garden is located in the centre of Corowa on the Uniting Church "old tennis court" site in Queen Street.

It’s a bit too wet this week for gardening activities, but we can still enjoy a cuppa and a friendly chat. Come on up to the garden this Thursday morning from 10am and join us in the warmth of the church hall for some lively discussion and yummy morning tea! 🫖 ☕️🍰

The kids were happy to relax after helping plant seeds, water and make compost. Flynn was busy playing eye-spy the tomato with his "telescope" while busily munching on one. We welcome kids, carers, families, young and old. Come have a cuppa with us on a Tuesday or Thursday at 10:30. Also a HUGE thanks to Paul Dallow who came bearing gifts in the form of huge, healthy garlic bulbs!!!! Paul would win first prize every time for his purple garlic. We appreciate all volunteers who contribute to our Corowa Community Garden!

We have had a busy week at the garden with lots of activity and visitors.

We welcomed a travelling family- thanks for your help and enthusiasm as well as our regular crew! Thanks Flynn for unblocking the wicking bed with your magic bamboo drill. Perhaps you will become a plumber one day! We wish everyone a safe and happy Easter break!
