Many migrants build new lives, contribute their skills, work hard, raise families, and strengthen the communities they live in. We study, work, pay taxes, and help economies grow.

Yet our hearts are often stretched across oceans between the life we build and the family we left behind.

Migration helps build nations.
But it also carries emotional costs that many families live with quietly.
