HealthMint Medical Centre

HealthMint Medical Centre We are leaders in the 'Patient Experience' model of healthcare. Our GP Clinic supports the Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Berwick community.

With us you can feel relaxed and confident that your health is in good hands + enjoy our average 5 minute wait! At HealthMint, we believe that healthcare can and should be better - so we've completely re-designed the experience of going to the doctor! We are recognised as the most progressive GP clinic in Australia. By being the only clinic in the nation that exclusively uses mobile devices, our w

hole team has been freed up from the constraints of a desk, so that they can better engage with you on your health journey (yes, your GP actually sits facing you)! We've also managed to achieve an average 5 minute wait time! It's fair to say that we have worked very hard to provide the community in and around Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Berwick with a fresh and calming GP Clinic incorporating the latest technology to make sure your health will always up to date. Our medical centre offers a beautifully relaxing waiting area, wonderful and thorough family friendly doctors and warm and inviting staff. We also provide online bookings, a clinic app, mobile and tablet check in, quiet background music and plenty of children's toys. HealthMint really is an experience to remember!

☕🌼 Thank you for joining us for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea!

We recently hosted Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at both our Cranbourne North and Croydon clinics, and it was wonderful connecting with our patients, staff and wider community over tea, treats and conversation.

Together, we raised $550 for Cancer Council — thank you to everyone who donated, contributed, helped organise, and stopped by to support such an important cause.

From all of us at HealthMint, thank you for being part of our community. 💛

Struggling lately? Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or depressed?

These are very normal reactions to the vast changes the world has gone through over the past few years. Or maybe the way you're feeling has nothing to do with the pandemic at all and you've just been having a rough go of it lately.

Whatever the cause your GP can support you through it!

At HealthMint your GP is your ally in your healthcare journey. They will listen to your concerns and match you up with a treatment plan that is best tailored to your needs. If your struggles are to do with your mental health, then chances are they will recommend a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) appointment.

But what is involved in this? Often times people don't know going into a MHCP what to expect and can be startled by it when they're in the room. We wanted to demystify the process a little so you can know what to expect coming into your appointment.

Have a swipe through to learn about what you can expect at a MHCP appointment.

Forgot your sunscreen and now you're burnt?

It happens! Here are some GP approved tips to care for your sunburn:
- Take pain reliever such as Ibuprofen or Paracetamol.
- Cool the skin using a clean towel dampened with tap water.
- Drink extra water for the day to avoid dehydration.
- Keep the skin moisturised with an aloe vera lotion or gel.
- Treat peeling skin gently, keep moisturised with aloe vera lotion or gel and if it starting to itch...
- Take an antihistamine to help relieve itching during peeling.
