πŸΆπŸ’™ POV: You arrive with the Pulse machine...

Tenor: "Mum! Is that for me?!" πŸ‘€

Six months ago, Tenor was paralysed in his hind end due to IVDD. Since then, he's been having regular PEMF sessions alongside his veterinary treatment and rehabilitation, starting weekly and now progressing to fortnightly sessions.

Now, whenever I walk through the door with the machine, this is the face I get! πŸ₯Ή (And yes... that tiny tongue makes an appearance every time.)

It's amazing to see how much he enjoys his sessions and how far he's come. Watching dogs like Tenor regain comfort, confidence and quality of life is exactly why I love what I do.

Every little milestone is worth celebrating. πŸ’™πŸΎ

Blue enjoying a quiet moment during her PEMF session. One of my favourite things about this therapy is watching horses relax as they become more comfortable.

Every horse responds differently. Some lick and chew, some yawn, some doze off, while others simply stand quietly and enjoy the session. These responses can be signs that they're relaxing and releasing tension.

PEMF works by supporting the body's natural recovery processes, helping to:
🐴 Improve circulation
🐴 Reduce inflammation
🐴 Ease muscle tightness
🐴 Support mobility and recovery
🐴 Promote overall wellbeing

Whether your horse is in work, coming back from injury, or simply needs a little extra support, PEMF can be a great addition to their care routine.

Blue certainly looked like she was enjoying every minute. πŸ’™

Cheeky Paddy is back at it again! 😝🐴

I think it's safe to say Paddy has found his signature pose... tongue out and looking pleased with himself! πŸ˜‚

This was Paddy's third PEMF session as we continue supporting him after he started pulling up intermittently lame in his front right leg.

It's been great to see him feeling more comfortable after his sessions. Alongside veterinary care and an appropriate rehabilitation plan, PEMF can help support recovery by encouraging circulation, reducing inflammation, easing muscle tension, and promoting the body's natural healing processes.

And if the tongue is anything to go by... I'd say Paddy approves! πŸ’™

Jack keeping everyone entertained! πŸ˜‚πŸ΄

If you ever wondered what complete relaxation looks like... this is Jack.

Mid-session, he decided a great big yawn was in order! Yawning is a common sign we see during PEMF sessions as horses begin to relax and release tension throughout their body.

PEMF works by supporting circulation, helping reduce inflammation, encouraging muscle relaxation, and promoting the body's natural recovery processes. Every horse responds differently, but seeing moments like this is always a good reminder of just how comfortable they can become.

Safe to say Jack was enjoying every minute of his session! πŸ’™πŸ΄

Paddy's second PEMF session. πŸ’™πŸ΄

Paddy has been intermittently pulling up lame on his front right leg, so today's session focused on supporting his comfort and recovery.

It's been fantastic to see the difference already. After his PEMF sessions, he's feeling much more comfortable and moving more freely.

PEMF works by supporting the body's natural healing processes through increased circulation, helping reduce inflammation, and encouraging muscle relaxation. While it isn't a cure for lameness, it can be a valuable complementary therapy alongside veterinary assessment and treatment.

Looking forward to seeing Paddy continue to improve with each session. πŸ’™πŸΎ

Not every session looks the sameβ€”and that's okay. πŸ’™πŸΎ

Over the past week, Diva has become much more sensitive to noise. During today's PEMF session, she found it difficult to fully settle and was more alert than usual.

Dogs, just like people, can have days where they're more aware of their surroundings. Whether it's changes in their environment, discomfort, or simply an off day, it can affect how relaxed they feel during a session.

Rather than forcing it, we worked at Diva's pace, giving her plenty of time and keeping the session calm and positive.

Every session tells a story, and listening to what our animals are telling us is just as important as the treatment itself. πŸ’™πŸΆ

From Paralysed to Recalls – Tenor's Journey πŸ’™πŸΎ

Six months ago, Tenor was paralysed in his hind end due to IVDD. His family were faced with one of the hardest decisions imaginable.

On the weekend he joined back in his trial obedience class, here he is doing recalls again. ❀️

Tenor has been receiving weekly PEMF sessions as part of his rehabilitation, and now that he's continuing to improve, we've been able to move to fortnightly treatments.

PEMF has been used alongside his veterinary care and rehabilitation program to support:
πŸ’™ Muscle recovery
πŸ’™ Circulation
πŸ’™ Mobility
πŸ’™ Overall comfort and wellbeing

Watching him confidently perform a recall again is something that once seemed impossible. Every step forward is a reminder of how much can change with time, dedication, and the right support.

This video means more than just a successful recallβ€”it represents months of hard work, patience, and a little dog who never gave up.

PEMF is not a cure for IVDD, but it can be a valuable complementary therapy to support recovery as part of a veterinary-guided rehabilitation plan. πŸ’™πŸΆ
