We had a fantastic time at the Southport Retirement Living & Senior Lifestyle Expo, meeting so many wonderful seniors, families, carers, and community members throughout the day.

From meaningful conversations to complimentary chair massages, it was a pleasure sharing how our in-home remedial massage services can help older Australians stay active, manage pain, and enjoy a better quality of life. There were plenty of smiles, relaxed shoulders, and great chats along the way!

🌿✨ Supporting Compassionate Care at the Community Care Expo for Dying to Know Day 💜

Taking Care Mobile Massage was proud to be part of the Community Care Expo for Dying to Know Day at Ringwood RSL, connecting with healthcare professionals, carers, and community members while sharing the important role remedial massage can play in palliative care.

A highlight of the day was Henry's presentation, "The Power of Touch in Palliative Care," which explored how remedial massage can provide a valuable non-pharmacological approach to pain management, helping to reduce pain, ease stress, promote relaxation, and support comfort and dignity for people receiving palliative care.

Thank you to everyone who attended the presentation, visited our stand, and took the time to connect with us. We also extend our thanks to the event organisers for hosting such a meaningful and valuable community event.
