When it’s time to rest as you’ve been busy, working and playing hard 😓 and picked up a cold 🥶

I’ve gone to my herbalist and she does up a quick fix intensive tonic followed by an on-going mix to keep me going!
Sometimes it just creeps up 🆙 on us and bang we’re down for the count!

Best to rest and fill up on the good stuff when we need to!

Needless to say, plans have changed and I’m home for the weekend 🏡

No fillers, just pure good herbs 🌿 our health is our wealth always 🙏
