Remedial and Sports Massage too :) I’ve been a Sports/Remedial Massage Therapist for over 20 years originally based on Sydney’s North Shore and at Sydney Olympic Park & now in Frenchs Forest. I’ve worked & travelled with many NSW & Australian sports teams including Swimming, Cricket & Softball. I’ve also had the honour of being a therapist with the Australian Olympic Team for Sydney 2000, Athens 2

004, Beijing 2008 and London 2012 plus Commonwealth Games in Melbourne 2006 & Delhi 2010. As well as over 20 years of massage studies I have also studied Kinesiology and Neuro Linguistic Programming, which helps bring together the connection between the mind and body. It’s important to look at the body holistically & find the cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. Massage is a great way to prevent injury as it shows up areas of the body that are tight or sore before you are consciously aware of the problem. So if you:

Tricia is a highly experienced Remedial/Sports Massage therapist with over 30 years of clinical, therapeutic and high performance sports experience.

Tricia has been the massage therapist for Olympic and Commonwealth sporting teams including the Australian swimming, cricket, softball and Para Athletic teams.

Tricia is great person, and an incredibly passionate and dedicated massage therapist and we are stoked to have her as part of the team!

Food for specific problems? What nutrients in certain food? Where to get certain nutrition??? What health issues arise from deficiency? Let me know :)

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I am back at work 🙂 NSW Government are allowing remedial/therapeutic massage again. I’ve completed the COVID-19 hygiene training & I mostly have the clinic to myself with Fiona there occasionally. I’m allowing more time in between clients to allow time for a full clean of the room and clinic in between clients. If you would like any more information please let me know. 🙏
