Yes, the video helps. Its strongest message is that morning exercise gives you more energy and helps you be present with your children—not simply that you force yourself out of bed. Your caption should make that connection clearer without implying someone needs to transform their body to be a good dad.

Motivation isn’t always what gets you out of bed.

Sometimes, it’s the commitment to becoming the kind of person—and dad—you want your kids to see.

DADS! Are you ready to start your mornings with strength training, accountability and a group of dads working towards the same goal?

We have a couple of spots available in our early-morning training sessions.

This isn’t about a body transformation.

It’s about improving the way you move, increasing your energy and building a consistent routine that helps you start the day on the right foot.

It’s about becoming stronger, feeling better and having more energy to be present for the people who matter most.

If you want to lead by example for your kids, send us a message.

Our children don’t need perfect parents. They just need to see what’s possible.

One of the things I hear from parents all the time is, “I want to get healthier for my kids.” I completely understand that feeling. Life is busy, children come first, and often our own health ends up at the bottom of the list. If that’s been you, this isn’t about guilt or feeling like you’ve fallen behind.

It’s simply an invitation to remember that every small step matters. Every walk, every workout, every nourishing meal, every decision to look after yourself sends a quiet message to the people around you. Our children don’t learn from our perfect days—they learn from watching us keep trying, even when life is busy.

The goal has never been perfection. It’s about showing up when you can, starting where you are, and trusting that those small choices create a ripple effect over time.

If today’s the day you decide to put yourself back on your own priority list, we’d love to help you take that first step.

Life doesn’t stop because you’ve started exercising.

Kids still get sick. Work still gets busy. Holidays happen. Motivation comes and goes.

That’s exactly why we coach the way we do.

We don’t expect perfection because real life isn’t perfect.

Instead, we help people build habits that fit around the life they already have.

Because the habits you’ve built over years won’t change overnight—and that’s okay.

Our role is to provide education, accountability and support so that, even when life gets hectic, you know how to keep moving forward.

We care about helping people in the short term, the medium term and the long term.

Not because we’re interested in quick transformations…

But because we’re interested in helping people become healthier for life.

That’s what training for real life means to us.

For many mums, exercise starts as a way to improve their health, lose weight, or get stronger.

But often, it becomes so much more than that.

It becomes 45 minutes where nobody needs anything from you.

A chance to step away from the endless to-do list, the mental load, and the responsibilities that come with caring for everyone else.

A chance to reconnect with yourself.

We’ve seen time and time again that the benefits of movement go far beyond the physical. More energy. Better confidence. Improved mental health. Feeling calmer, more patient, and more capable in everyday life.

Not because exercise fixes everything, but because taking time to look after yourself matters.

As parents, we spend so much of our lives putting everyone else first. Yet when we prioritise our own wellbeing, even in small ways, we’re often better able to show up for the people who matter most.

You don’t need to train like an athlete.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need a starting point, a little support, and permission to make yourself a priority too.

What has exercise given you beyond the physical benefits?

Exercise may be beneficial for everyone but everyone’s relationship with exercise is different.

Some need that extra stability, support and a place they can feel safe.

We continually aim to provide that for the people that walk through the doors.

A place they can be themselves
A place which adds to their health
A place where we don’t add to potential overwhelm

Being a personal trainer is a privilege

Anybody else have a gym membership they don’t use?

It happens…. Not because you don’t want to keep fit or strong or look after yourself but because the accountability and support just aren’t there.

Here from two of our legendary clients who turn up time and time (with only little complaints- from Jarrod) but push hard each and every session.

We’re super proud we can keep these two accountable and provide a space for them to keep themselves active.

Some days you’ll feel strong, motivated, and ready to go.
Other days, just showing up is the win.

At Power, Strength & Vulnerability, we’re here to support the best version of you that turns up each day — because we understand that life changes day to day, and so do people.

While we provide structure, accountability, and strength programs tailored to you, we also understand that sometimes life requires flexibility. Our focus is to meet the individual where they’re at on that particular day — not to add more overwhelm, pressure, or guilt.

We want to create an environment where people feel supported, safe, and trusted. A place where you can still achieve something positive for yourself, even on the hard days. Because often, those are the days people miss completely — when sometimes a little movement, support, and connection can make the biggest difference.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about continuing to show up in a way that works for you.

We do it because we love it and here’s a little bit of backstory about why Shane became a personal trainer.

A bit of a testimonial from our amazing hard work clients.

Nathan shares some of his experience working with us, but we thought we’d fill this section with what his achieved.

Nathan is consistent, always turning up with an amazing attitude.
Through his hard work, dedication and consistency he’s been able to improve his strength across all lifts.

Running a business, planning for a wedding and a dad of two kids, he continues to strive to do what he can. A role model which has an impact with his son now joining and loving our bootcamps.

At PSV we provide the space, accountability and the programs, but each client decides how much they want and can put in towards their goals.
Nathan deserves the credit here and we are just grateful to provide a space where he feels comfortable to train.
