She believes that it is important to not only focus on the physical body but also bring harmony to both the mental and emotional states. Natasha offers a unique combination of Holistic Counselling and Chinese Medicine. Holistic counselli

ng approaches disease and disorders as part of a greater whole. Natasha uses her holistic counselling skills, whilst using acupuncture, herbal medicine and or Kahuna bodywork to support the body. Natasha is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency (ahpra), is a member of the Australian Counselling Assocation and is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). Private Health fund rebates are available. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the vital energy or life force called qi circulates throughout the body through a system of pathways called meridians. This free flow of qi is the foundation of great health and vitality. Both acupuncture and herbal medicine help open these pathways to promote optimum health. Kahuna bodywork is a unique form of bodywork having its original roots in Hawaii. It could be described as a flowing and dynamic form of massage like therapy. Having trained at the college of Kahuna Sciences I have come to understand this amazing form of bodywork. Kahuna bodywork involves rhythmical strokes along the body. It is always performed to music that inspires and moves both the practitioner and client.

A circuit breaker is just what we needed before the busyness begins again.

I hadn’t been to Canberra before and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but we have loved it. Canberra has wide open spaces, trees everywhere, and beautiful Lake Burley Griffin, where we rode our bikes - so peaceful!

We were also very lucky to see snow falling while the kids tried skiing for the first time at Corin Forest. Such a special experience… and absolutely freezing! ❄️

This week reminded me how much I value stepping away from the busyness of everyday life. Fun to connects with friends and slow down.

Thank you, Canberra. Until next time.

What a fun night!

A little rain wasn’t going to stop us as we headed to see Michelle Obama with Growth Faculty. Thanks to Michael, we got to enjoy the VIP experience and were treated to an amazing surprise with Jessica Mauboy kicking things off.

Michelle’s talk was inspiring but honestly, the best part was spending the evening laughing and making memories with my bestie and my husband. ❤️

Sometimes it’s not just the main event that stays with you, but everything around it, the excitement beforehand, wandering through Darling Harbour, catching the pre-Vivid lights, getting caught in the rain, and sharing it all with people I love.

A beautiful reminder that joy is often found in the moments in between.

So proud of my hubby, Michael Bunting, for stepping up and speaking at The Growth Faculty alongside Esther Perel. Standing in front of so many people takes courage, vulnerability and a willingness to show up fully, and I loved watching him do just that.

I continue to be inspired by the work he does in the world and his teaching around red zone and green zone behaviours, helping leaders bring more awareness, connection and compassion into their workplace and relationships. I’m so grateful for the support he gives our family and for the wonderful dad he is. Celebrating and acknowledging this moment and feeling grateful to witness the unfolding of his work in the world. ❤️

Still soaking up the magic of Vivid from the water. It was so lovely to be away from the crowds and experience the spectacle from the harbour. Sydney really is breathtaking, and I never take for granted having this beauty right on our doorstep.

I love being in nature, but I also marvel at what humans can create. The stunning buildings, the lights, and the surprise of two sets of fireworks made it such a special night. Life with kids can easily settle into routines, so it felt good to make some new family memories together. 💙✨🎆

THE MIND CREATES OUR REALITY..
Not in a “think happy thoughts and life magically changes” kind of way…
but in the quiet, subtle ways we interpret everything around us.

Two people can walk through the same moment and have completely different experiences — all because of what their inner world is holding: beliefs, past experiences, nervous system state, fears, hopes, and the stories they’ve carried for years.

When we start to notice the patterns — the automatic thoughts, the assumptions, the core beliefs whispering in the background — something shifts.

Awareness opens the door.
Choice walks you through it.
And slowly, your inner world begins to shape a different outer one.

Your mind isn’t the enemy.
It’s the lens.
And the beautiful thing?
Lenses can be softened, tended to, and changed.

🌿12 Years of Growth, Love & Partnership ✨

Today marks 12 years of marriage — 12 years of choosing each other, over and over, through all the twists and turns life brings. Our marriage has not only been about love; but also showing up, holding boundaries, working through our childhood wounds, and being willing to grow together.

It’s about being open to couples counselling when needed, having honest conversations, and choosing the path of growth — even when it’s been uncomfortable. I’m deeply grateful for your courage to grow, and for my own willingness to grow alongside you my beloved.

Keeping our marriage alive, ignited with fire and passion, takes commitment, effort, and heart every single day. And it’s worth it.

Here’s to 12 years of partnership, of learning, of love, and of choosing each other — always. 💛

Time away at Hyams Beach — reconnecting with nature and my family.

These moments remind me how essential co-regulation and rest are for our nervous systems.

When we give ourselves space to slow down and connect, we return more grounded — to ourselves, to each other, and to the work we do.

🌱✨ Spring is the season of renewal ✨🌱

In traditional wisdom, spring is connected with the Wood element — the energy of growth, vision, and forward movement. Just like plants pushing through the soil toward the light, our bodies and minds often feel a natural pull to expand, create, and begin again.

When Wood energy is in balance, we feel clear, flexible, and motivated. When it’s blocked, we may notice frustration, irritability, or feeling stuck — like a tree whose roots are constrained.

In spring, our bodies often need:
🌿 Gentle movement to keep energy flowing
🌿 Fresh, green foods to support renewal
🌿 Restorative practices to balance growth with grounding
🌿 Space to dream, plan, and envision new possibilities

Therapeutic work in this season can help us soften old patterns and open to fresh directions. Spring invites us to align with our natural rhythm of new beginnings.

✨ What is your body and spirit longing to grow toward this season? 🌸
