A thorough examination will be performed that includes physical, neurological and orthopedic exams. We assess all joints and muscles involved with the

presenting condition instead of just focusing on the site of pain. Treatment types:
- Spinal and extremity manipulation
- Gentle mobilizations
- Myofascial release and trigger point therapy
- Cryo/heat therapy
- Instrument assisted soft tissue therapy


All patients are provided with a rehabilitation program specific to their condition so they can maintain joint/muscle integrity and function instead of the injury re-occurring again and again.

Well he won 🥇 Gold at the 2026 Australian Gymnastics Championships in Junior Under 17 International Tumbling!

I can't believe he didn't think I'd want to see the medal but of course I 100% did, this is huge. 

One of my favourite parts of my job is hearing about what my patients are achieving. Whether it's a good game of footy on the weekend, getting back to running, smashing a PB or winning a national title like this I love hearing about it.

He's not one to talk himself up a lot which makes this even more special. So proud of you mate. You've put in a heap of work to earn this and it's awesome to see it all pay off.

Thanks for letting me be a little part of your journey. Massive congratulations again!

How good have these weekends been lately?

Today was great kicking the footy with my wife and kids + seeing so many families out kicking balls, throwing frisbees, walking their dogs and just enjoying this weather.

Just don't forget to warm up before you get into it. It's easy to go a bit too hard and end up feeling it on Monday!
