I put my attention for many years about my opinions and my beliefs. Through books, documentaries and studies I try to cultivate them about the world, the environment, my psychology, the self, the ego… I try to create my personality from it.
But events happen and time passed on the conscious. What do they become? It happens that I recognised that the state of mind is not stable and can be manipulated by everything that happens to me.
I found that not trusting my opinions permanently (they may have a temporary purpose) gives me space and time for my intuitions, dreams and perceptions to be more relevant.
As they are more uncertain, subtle, flowing more naturally they open far more potential and perspective for my engagement about them.

What if our opinions, judgments and beliefs actually restrain our psyche development and block us for further evolution…

What if I bring my intentions to guide my intuitions and create them around me…

The rain is dropping heavily this Sunday. Our garden and landscape will benefit greatly from this weather.

I will continue to propose reiki under the canopy along the weeks and weekends. I offer the first session (30 minutes) of Reiki for everyone who intend to receive it or is curious how the practice is flowing the energy within us.

The practice of reiki increases the flow of energy, chi, ki, prana, not only during our practices but also during any activities we do when the mind is shut of. Like meditation, gardening, walking, cleaning…. When the mind is shut the meridians and channels allow this beautiful energy to freely flow through all our body.
