Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

We have absolutely loved reading the beautiful messages our clients, families, and staff have left. It’s a reminder that nobody is ever truly alone, even on the hard days.

At AWZ Support Services, our door is always open — and we mean it. We have a revolving door here for anyone who ever needs to talk, have a coffee, vent, laugh, cry, or simply sit with someone who cares.

Checking in on each other can make all the difference. Thank you to everyone who continues to create such a supportive, understanding, and safe community around us. 💚

What an incredible turnout for our first boxing class! 🥊🔥

A huge thank you to Seth Hunter for taking the time to teach our participants new skills, build confidence, and help develop coordination in such a fun and supportive environment.

It was amazing to see everyone getting involved, giving it a go, and having a laugh along the way. We are so proud of all our participants for stepping outside their comfort zones and trying something new! 👏

Our boxing program is open to the whole community — we welcome everyone to come along, get involved, and enjoy a supportive and inclusive environment. 💙

We can’t wait for next Wednesday already! 💪

We are excited to announce our NEW 6-week Boxing Program with Seth Hunter! 💥

Come along, build confidence, improve fitness, learn new skills, and have some fun in a supportive environment 💪

📅 Starts Wednesday 13th May

⏰ 9:45AM – 10:45AM
📍 126B Cunningham Street
💰 $5 contribution (goes towards supplies for AWZ participants)

‼️ Please bring your own boxing gloves as numbers are limited.

This program is open to all fitness levels — whether you’re just starting out or keen to get active again, we’d love to see you there!
