Introducing clinic #2!

59 Railway Terrace, Goomalling.

I’m very excited to be offering Physiotherapy appointments and Clinical Pilates in Goomalling from 4th March.

Clinical Pilates involves an initial physiotherapy assessment, followed by small, personalised classes (max 4 people) tailored to your body and goals. Using specialised equipment, you’ll build strength, stability, and confidence in movement. Classes are 1 hour, $55, and health fund rebatable - ideal for rehab, pain management, or general strength.

As the year comes to a close, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has prioritised their health this year. It’s been incredible to see so many of you staying consistent, taking care of yourselves, and building such a positive community around the clinic. I’m truly grateful for it.

Tomorrow is my last day before the Christmas break, before returning in January.

Bookings are open for pop-up Pilates and physio appointments in Dalwallinu on the 22nd/27th/29th of January, and physio appointments in Goomalling on 28th January. You can book all classes and appointments online.

Wishing you all a safe, happy and relaxing holiday period - see you in the new year!
