It offers simple principles and
practical tools that can support everyday life.

Whether you're curious about Reiki for the first time
or ready to deepen your practice, there are
3 places available in Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) and
1 place remaining in Reiki Level 2 - Okuden .
Both trainings are in August Zen Within Wellness Centre.

The world can seem a bit sh*t sometimes, can't it?

A bit doom and gloom.

I'm not about to come charging in on a spiritual
bypassing unicorn and tell you to "just think positive"...

But I do have to share that Reiki was my introduction to a different way of being with life.

A different way of looking at things.

Flipping the coin.

Noticing what else might be true when all the
arrows seem to be pointing in one direction.

For me, Reiki became so much more than hands-on healing.
It's a practice, a philosophy and a way of
living that draws on teachings which encourage us to meet ourselves, others and life a little differently.

And the beautiful thing is, it's open to anyone to learn.

A little honesty...

This week cooked me.

One of those weeks where life felt very full and there wasn't much space left over.

Throw in a healthy dose of brain fog and I've spent more than one moment standing in a room wondering what I went in there for. 😆

So today I gave myself permission to slow down.

No agenda.
No productivity.
Just a bit of breathing room.

Lately I've been thinking about how much we crave connection.

Not more information.
Not another thing to add to the to-do list.

Just connection.

A place where you can show up exactly as you are.

That's one of the reasons I created the Festival of 50.

A space for women navigating change,
sharing stories, finding inspiration and
remembering they don't have to do it all alone.

This Sunday we're getting together online for
"Return to Yourself".

Just 30 minutes.

Bring a cuppa.
Stay in your comfy clothes.
Leave your camera off if you prefer.

Nothing expected of you.

Yay - another gorgeous soul is joining us!
We are delighted to be holding space for her once again;
she joins us for the 3rd time!
We also have another retreater joining us for the 2nd time.
This means the world to us. We pour everything into
the experience so that you leave feeling truly nurtured.

Just released today -
we have decided to open the last room up
for two single sharers (women only).
This will be a shared room of two king single beds.
(If you desperately want a private room it can be reconfigured two a king bed at extra cost).

This is a wonderful way to join us and we
have seen some beautiful connections happen
in these shared spaces in the past.
