What a day at Fresh Futures! 🧡

Our MMT Care team had an absolute blast connecting with the community, meeting incredible young people, and sharing everything we do — from Accommodation and Supported Independent Living to our Social & Lifestyle programs.

Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand, spun the wheel, grabbed some goodies, and shared a laugh with us. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do — building resilience, creating opportunities, building pathways, and achieving empowerment for every participant we support.
