🌞😊 Inspired by the heartwarming SBS series 'Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds', we’re delighted to welcome children and educators from Educate Early Learning to our Community Centre for a special morning of intergenerational fun, connection and friendship during the school holidays.

Residents are invited to join the children for games, baking, arts and crafts, conversation and plenty of opportunities to share stories, smiles and laughter.
It’s a wonderful chance for our residents and the next generation to connect, learn from one another and create special memories together. 🎨✏️

Good friends make great neighbours. We recently celebrated some wonderful connections through the Living Choice Referral Rewards Program.
Broadwater Locals Jacinta and Kevin referred their golfing friends, Gavin and Wendy, to Living Choice Parkwood in Queensland.

What a wonderful Open Day at Alloura Waters today. We hosted a small group of guests, some visiting our village for the first time.
Over morning tea featuring freshly baked scones with jam and cream, cookies and fresh fruit, guests enjoyed learning more about life at Alloura Waters and asking plenty of thoughtful questions.
With the sun shining and smiles all around, it was a fantastic morning. One of the highlights was seeing two ladies strike up a friendship during the visit, a lovely reminder of the connections that make community living so special. It was truly one of our best Open Day groups so far, and we thank everyone who joined us. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

For anyone considering retirement or their next home, the Central Coast team will be hosting a stand at the upcoming Retirement Expo held at the Mingara Recreation Club, Tumbi Umbi, on August 23rd and 24th. Look forward to seeing you there.

The Umina Beach Bowls Kingfisher Tournaments 2026 have been a great success, with just the right amount of competitive spirit. Living Choice is proud to support the local players, and cheer from the sidelines.

A wonderful celebration at Alloura Waters this week. Residents with June and July birthdays came together for a special morning tea, with the occasion made even more memorable by Bernie celebrating the remarkable milestone of 105 years. Around 90 family members, residents, staff and guests joined the festivities, along with 12 fellow residents celebrating birthdays in their 90s. That's an impressive collection of wisdom, life experience and young-at-heart spirit all in one room. Happy Birthday to all our June and July birthday celebrants.

Our recent Broadwater Court Open Day was held at the Treeview Estate Community Centre, hosted by Alicia and Dave. Twenty-six guests joined us for morning tea, thoughtfully prepared and served by our Resident Ambassadors and Village Manager, Kathy Hall.

Visitors enjoyed a walking tour through three stages of the village, with many commenting on the beautifully maintained gardens and the quality finishes of our villas. While the weather held off until the end of the event, the positive feedback and great conversations throughout the morning made the day a wonderful success.
A big thank you to everyone who attended and to our team and resident volunteers for helping make the day so enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming more visitors to experience all that BWC has to offer.

Our next Open Days will be at Alloura Waters on 13th August, and Deepwater Court on 3rd September.
