🎉💙 It’s official… after 2 months of “work experience,” we’ve finally made it permanent!

Please join us in welcoming Pablo as the newest permanent member of the Dayboro Pharmacy team. We even have the Certificate of Adoption to prove it… because every hardworking little Smurf deserves the paperwork. 🥹

Unlike David, Pablo isn’t going anywhere! 😜 (Too soon? We promise we’ll still let David visit… if he brings snacks.)

We’re absolutely thrilled to give this cute little Smurf permanent residency here at Dayboro Pharmacy. 💙

🏃Run, David, Run! 🏃

Well, that’s a wrap on my time at Dayboro Pharmacy. Can’t believe this is my first ever post and my last one.

I didn’t run across America like Forrest, but I reckon I’ve done a fair few laps between the dispensary and the front counter over the years. Somewhere in there I picked up thousands of scripts, and the best group of customers a pharmacist could ask for. Every day, there you were, a friendly face at the door. That’s the part I’ll miss the most. Through all the fun times and tough ones. I’ve watched a lot of your kids grow up and I’ve missed a few of your love ones alongside you. I will treasure the moments I have had here with the best staff and customers a pharmacist could ask for.

Thank you Dayboro, truly. You made this a very easy place to show up to.

And don’t worry, you’ll still see me around. Just not as your pharmacist, but as your friendly neighbourhood Asian. 😄

💙 A bittersweet announcement from the Dayboro Pharmacy team 💙

After an incredible 4½ years with us, it’s time to say goodbye to our much-loved pharmacist, David.

David has been such an important part of our team—not only as a fantastic pharmacist, but also as the creative mastermind behind many of our social media videos (yes, we’ll have to find someone else to put up with our ideas now! 😉).

We’re so excited to share that David has been offered a partnership opportunity, and while we’re incredibly sad to see him go, we couldn’t be happier for him and wish him every success in this exciting new chapter.

This Monday will be David’s last regular day at Dayboro Pharmacy. To help with the transition, he’ll still be popping in every second Monday for a little while longer, so it’s not quite goodbye just yet!

If you’d like to wish David well, please drop in this week and say farewell. We know our team—and our wonderful Dayboro community—will miss him dearly.

🏗️ Build Update – It’s Really Coming Together! 🏗️

The transformation continues at our new pharmacy building, and we’re excited to share another milestone with our Dayboro community! 💙

Since our last update, the roofing has now been installed, giving the building its finished shape, and the glass windows are currently being fitted — bringing in plenty of natural light and giving us our first real glimpse of what the completed space may look like. ✨

Next on the agenda is more external cladding, which will help finish off the outside and really bring her beauty to life. We can’t wait to see it all come together!

A huge thank you once again to Jake and the entire building crew for their dedication and hard work. It’s amazing to see the progress week by week.

Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to opening the doors to our new home! 🙌
