This simple question can go a long way and even change someone’s life who may be struggling silently.
Today is RUOK day and this Saturday is World Su***de Prevention Day.
Make sure you reach out to those around you, even if it’s to just let them know you’re there when and if they need you. It can be difficult question to ask for some people as you may feel unprepared to hear what the other person is experiencing. You don’t have to be professional to ask this question though. Just listening and validating emotional pain can open a path for the person suffering to reach out for help as the next step.

Please have a conversation for your GP who can advise some pathways for professional support.
