Most of us wouldn't wait until our car completely breaks down before taking it in for a service. We fill the tank, check the tyres, and address small issues before they become bigger problems.
Yet many of us treat ourselves very differently.
We push through exhaustion, stress, loneliness, and burnout. Telling ourselves we'll deal with it later.
The thing is, wellbeing often declines gradually. We don't always notice the changes until we're running on empty.
That's why small, consistent habits are often more powerful than waiting until we reach crisis point or putting pressure on ourselves to find a magic fix.
