These are 6 tools that I recommend to use at home to keep you body feeling good👇
🔵 Trigger Point Balls (single + peanut)
Perfect for thoracic mobility and paraspinals. The peanut mobilises either side of the spine, while the single ball gets into rhomboids, posterior cuff and deep scap muscles. Great for improving extension and rotation.
🟢 Foam Roller
Used properly (not just rolling around) it helps with thoracic extension, anterior shoulder opening, and restoring segmental movement. Pair it with controlled breathing for better results.
🟣 Psorite
Elite for deep hip work — psoas, hip flexors, glutes and piriformis. Areas traditional rollers can’t properly access. Massive for lifters, runners and desk workers.
🟠 Voodoo Floss Band
Great for tendinopathies like tennis elbow or patellar tendon pain. Compression + movement may help modulate pain and improve tendon load tolerance.
