Term 1 2026 classes start tomorrow, Sunday January 1st is online, then come to our lovely studio at 795 Western Creek Rd. Western tee on Tuesday afternoon at 4pm or Thursday mornings at 10.30am. If Deloraine works better join us at St Andrew's church, 32 West Goderich Street on Wednesdays at 5pm.

What a stimulating and rigorous weekend retreat we've had; taking our kirtan practice to greater depths! We're feeling so grateful to have had Sangita of Mountain Mindfulness return again, and we're also thanking all participants for their enthusiasm, inspiration, and skillfulness! 🙏💫🌟
