SUPPORT STAFF POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Clear Lifestyle Support is a registered NDIS provider based in Deniliquin, NSW, and we're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 support to NDIS participants in their own homes and within the community. Duties include:
Personal care
Manual handling
Domestic assistance
Meal preparation
Supporting participants to engage in community, social and recreational activities
Shifts available 7 days a week.
Essential Requirements
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Nursing, or equivalent qualification
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (issued within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
Completion of NDIS Worker Training Modules (or willingness to complete them)
Reliable smartphone with mobile data
What We Offer
Casual employment with consistent hours and regular rosters

Friendly and supportive rostering team that's easy to contact

A little creativity goes a long way 🌸🏡
Our craft room has been full of colour, laughter, and connection as participants and support workers came together to paint beautiful bird houses. It’s been wonderful to see everyone joining in, sharing ideas, encouraging each other, and creating meaningful moments together.
Activities like these help build confidence, spark creativity, and most importantly, create new friendships along the way 💛🎨🐦
