🎄✨ Taking a little Christmas pause ✨🎄

Hey lovely people! Just popping in to say I’m taking a small festive pause from now. Replies will be slower over the next few weeks while I log out, soak up family time, and enjoy all the books, movies, and cooking-for-myself moments I can squeeze in 🤍

I’m so incredibly grateful for this amazing community of mamas, parents, and families. Your support, trust, and kindness this year have meant the world to me 💛 Thank you for letting me do what I love and for being part of this adventure together.

Wishing you all a season full of rest, laughter, and little moments of magic with your families. I’ll be back fully recharged and ready to dive into 2026 with even more love, care, and a few Deni Doula surprises (of course 😉).

It’s never too late to back yourself 💪🏻💥
Whether you’re 39 weeks pregnant, deep in your postpartum bubble, or somewhere in between — you deserve support that wraps around you like a warm hug (and maybe brings snacks too 😘).

🤎 Doula support during birth looks like:
✨ A calm, experienced presence
✨ Advocacy and emotional grounding
✨ Hands-on comfort techniques (hello hip squeezes and back rubs!)
✨ Reassurance for your partner too — it’s support for both of you

🤎 Postpartum doula care looks like:
✨ Holding your baby while you shower or nap
✨ Doing the dishes or folding the washing without being asked
✨ Listening while you debrief, cry, vent, or just sit in silence
✨ Offering gentle feeding support — whatever your choice looks like
✨ Keeping your fridge stocked and your belly nourished

The one who sees the exhaustion behind your fake smile.

Who shows up when you’re a hot mess and doesn’t try to fix it — just holds space.

Who gets that some days you’re barely hanging on, and that’s okay.

No sugarcoating. No pretending. Just real, messy, beautiful support.

Hold on to her like your life depends on it — because sometimes it does. 💛
