Twins~There’s nothing better to get a little competition going. It’s called “who can have more needles” 😂 I have to be honest, it’s pretty handy for treatment and a good lesson in “more is not not always better”

In chinese medicine we truly understand what balance means ☯️ in work vs rest, food vs season, doing vs being, etc.

And it’s my most favourite to see this balance amongst twins

RIP Pumpkin.
A sad week in the Carruthers house.
Our adventurous, ocean swimming, tummy rubbing Guinea pig has died. She passed peacefully while her sister pigs surrounded her in the crate 💖 She will be greatly missed
