You can now register for MyMedicare. A new patient registration system. You must be a regular patient of a practice (at least 2 face to face consultations in the last 2 years).

From November 1st, registered patients will be eligible for Medicare rebates for longer telephone and video consultations with your registered practice. A Pensioner, DVA, Concession card holder or young person Under 16 who the GP may decide to bulk bill for some consults may be eligible for an increased payment to the GP from Medicare. This may assist with reducing your out of pocket expenses

Update: Our power is back on and clinic phones are back up and running 😊

Good morning everyone, unfortunately we have been affected by the power outage in Devonport this morning. The staff will contact patients who have appointments today to keep everyone updated. If you have a call from a private number please answer. If you are unwell and need an appointment please call 0476 123 770 but we may be unable to see anyone until we have power.

Don Medical clinic will be upgrading our phone system Thursday November 17th. This may cause some connection issues as we changeover between 9am and 10am. Please be patient and if you can’t get through try a bit later.

In cases of Medical emergency please call triple zero to arrange an ambulance or go to your nearest emergency department if safe to do so
