Alex and Ann made a trip to Hobart this week for our Tas Branch Australian Music Therapy Association meeting, and this one was a little extra special.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the AMTA’s new CEO, Amanda Quealy, who also happens to be a fellow Tasmanian 👏🏻

And look at all these amazing humans! Every person pictured is a Registered Music Therapist working here in Tasmania. We’re incredibly proud of the work happening across our little island, in health, disability, mental health, education, aged care and community, and of the impact this group continues to make.

After the meeting, we headed over to visit RMT Minky at .therapy.supervision and see her beautiful new studio.

Wow. 🤍

If ever there was a space intentionally created for recovery, healing, creativity and connection, this is it. You can feel the care that has gone into every part of it.

Congratulations, Minky. What you’ve created is incredibly special and we can’t wait to see everything that grows from this space.
