Apparently I'm a member of 581 Facebook groups. No, that's not a typo.
FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-ONE!
So I've started a digital declutter. Leaving groups that are no longer active, no longer relevant, or simply no longer align with where I am today.
And it got me thinking... how often do we hold onto things simply because we've always held onto them?
Not just Facebook groups, but subscriptions, commitments, habits, projects, expectations, even old versions of ourselves.
Every notification. Every commitment. Every unfinished task. Takes up a little space. And space is valuable.
When we clear out what no longer serves us, we create room for new ideas, new opportunities, deeper connections and greater peace.
Maybe that's the lesson for me right now. Not to do more. Just to make space.
💟 What is one thing you could let go of this week?
▶ Declutter.
▶ Simplify.
▶ Create space.
