Beautiful Soul,

Tonight we arrive at the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces.

This Full Moon offers a gentle invitation, not to search for another answer or work harder upon ourselves, but to notice what we may be ready to stop carrying.

We can hold so much without even realising it.

Old expectations.
Responsibilities that were never entirely ours.
Regret about choices we made when we knew less than we know now.
The hope that someone or something will finally change.
Even the pressure to keep becoming a better version of ourselves.

Sometimes compassion asks us to loosen our grip upon what has become too heavy to keep carrying and recognise the difference between what is ours to tend and what we can finally place back into the hands of life.

There is no particular way you need to experience this Full Moon or eclipse.

Perhaps simply allow yourself a quiet moment and ask:

What am I taking responsibility for that may not truly belong to me?

Where could I offer myself more compassion instead of more pressure?

And perhaps, when you are ready, quietly say:

I honour what I have carried.
I give thanks for what it has taught me.
And with tenderness, I allow myself to put down what I no longer need to hold.

Beautiful Soul, we do not have to carry everything simply because we have carried it for a long time.

May this Full Moon bring you clarity about what is yours to tend and what is ready to be released.

May you meet yourself with compassion.

May you feel supported, and may the space you create make room for greater peace, possibility and ease... 🌕

Beautiful Soul,

We have arrived at the New Moon in Leo, accompanied by a Solar Eclipse, a threshold moment inviting us to become still, listen deeply and return to what is true.

What if the heart became our compass?

Beautiful Soul,

There are moments when life quietly asks us to step through a doorway.

Not because we have everything worked out.

Not because we know exactly what waits on the other side.

But because something within us knows that we are ready to leave behind what we have outgrown.

The Lion's Gate is often spoken of as a time of heightened energy, awakening and new beginnings.

For me, its invitation feels much simpler.

To listen to the heart.

To notice what is ready to be released.

To honour what has brought us this far.

And to take one conscious step towards the life that is quietly calling us.

Perhaps today doesn't need a grand intention.

Perhaps there is simply a question to sit with:

What am I ready to stop carrying, so that I can walk forward with a little more freedom?

May whatever is opening for you arrive gently.

Amazing France 🇫🇷❤️ exploring beautiful Paris and seeing all the sites, beautiful churches, buildings, gardens and cafes - attended a spiritual retreat at Pau/Lourdes with Caroline Myss and Robert Holden which was so amazing and has filled my spiritual cup to overflowing! 💕 so grateful to experience all of this with my lovely friend Lea 💟
