Hope is important.

But hope alone won’t change the outcome.

I speak to hundreds of women every year who have been trying to conceive for years.

Many are still doing the same things they’ve always done, hoping that this month will somehow be different.

I say this with so much compassion...

If what you’ve been doing hasn’t worked so far, it may be time to ask a different question.

Not, “How can I try harder?”

But...

“What does my body need that it isn’t getting?”

Sometimes the biggest breakthrough doesn’t come from more effort.

It comes from having the courage to do something differently.

If this resonates, maybe this is the sign you’ve been waiting for.

You’re welcome to message me “Journey” if you’d like to explore a different approach. 🌿

What is endometriosis really?

Sometimes healing begins long before the positive pregnancy test.

One of my favourite parts of Claire’s story isn’t that she eventually saw two blue lines.

It’s that before she ever became pregnant... she got herself back.
✨ Her energy returned.
✨ Her headaches stopped.
✨ Her digestion improved.
✨ Her periods became pain-free.
✨ Her libido came back.
✨ She finally felt like herself again.

When you’ve spent years living with symptoms, it’s easy to believe they’re just part of who you are.

That bloating is normal.
That exhaustion is normal.
That painful periods are something you simply have to live with.

But they’re not.

Our goal was never to “force” pregnancy.
Our goal was to create an environment where Claire’s body felt safe enough to heal.

Because fertility isn’t separate from health.

Your menstrual cycle is one of the clearest reflections of what’s happening inside your body. When we begin supporting the whole person—not just the fertility diagnosis—it’s amazing what can start to change.

And sometimes...
The first sign of healing isn’t a positive pregnancy test.

It’s waking up with energy.
It’s thinking clearly again.
It’s enjoying intimacy again.
It’s having a pain-free period for the first time in years.

Pregnancy became part of Claire’s story.
But it wasn’t where her healing began.

If you’re trying to conceive and you’ve started to feel like you’ve lost yourself along the way, I want you to know this: You deserve to feel well regardless of the outcome.

And often, supporting your health is one of the most powerful ways to support your fertility.

Healing first. Fertility follows.

The high-achieving woman’s fertility problem nobody talks about.

She’s successful.
Driven.
Capable.

The person everyone relies on.

She’s built a career.
Manages a household.
Juggles a million responsibilities.

And she’s very good at it.

But what often sits beneath all of that is a nervous system that never truly switches off.

Always planning.
Always thinking.
Always carrying.

The challenge is that your body doesn’t distinguish between a demanding job, a never-ending to-do list, and a threat.

It simply responds to the load.

And when that load becomes too great, reproduction is often one of the first things to be deprioritised.

Not because your body is working against you.
But because it’s working exactly as it was designed to.

If this sounds familiar, know that fertility isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about creating the safety, nourishment, and support your body has been asking for all along.

If you recognise yourself in this, you’re not alone 🌿

One year ago all of Emma’s symptoms had remarkably healed, she had lost 9 kilos, was feeling fantastic and..

Only a week after our final session, I got a text from Emma saying she was PREGNANT!

Proof that if you show up, implement the changes, trust the process, and believe in yourself anything is possible!

DM me “BUMP” if you’d like to learn more about the protocol I use to help clients improve their endometriosis symptoms and boost their chances of conceiving—whether naturally or with IVF success 🤰

Most women are waiting for a fertility diagnosis, but long before that happens, the body is often leaving clues.

Signs that it may not be feeling as supported as it needs to be for pregnancy.

Things like 👆🏻

These aren’t random symptoms. They’re messages.

Not that your body is broken.

Not that pregnancy isn’t possible.

But that something may need attention.

Your body is constantly communicating.

The question is: Are you listening?

The good news is that when we start supporting the body properly, things can shift.

Save this post if you’ve experienced any of these signs, and let me know in the comments which one surprised you most 🌿

Can we talk about the Mediterranean diet and fertility?

Because almost every week, I’m hearing from women who have been told that all they need to do is follow a Mediterranean diet to improve their fertility.

The problem?

The version many are being prescribed is often centred around:
• Lean protein sources
• Grains and legumes
• Green leafy vegetables

And while these foods can absolutely have a place, they may not provide the nutrient density needed to support optimal egg quality, hormone production, and fertility.

Even more importantly, if you’re dealing with digestive issues or underlying inflammation, some of these foods may not be working for your body in the way you’ve been led to believe.

Fertility nutrition isn’t about following a generic template.

It’s about understanding what your body needs.

Because the goal isn’t simply eating “healthy.”

The goal is creating a body that is nourished, resilient, and ready for pregnancy 🤰

We’ve all heard about microplastics, forever chemicals, and environmental toxins.

The good news?

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight.

Starting with these 4 simple changes will make a huge difference!👆🏻

Small shifts add up.

And when it comes to fertility, reducing your toxic load is one of the many ways you can better support your hormones and your body.

Save this for later 🌿

Unpopular opinion:

If you’re deficient in iron, vitamin D, or another micronutrient...

The first question isn’t:

“What supplement should I take?”

It’s:

“Why am I deficient in the first place?”

Because your body isn’t deficient in a synthetic vitamin.

It’s struggling to absorb, utilise, or retain nutrients for a reason.

Maybe that’s gut function.
Maybe it’s inflammation.
Maybe it’s stress.
Maybe it’s something else entirely.

But if we never ask why, we’re often just managing symptoms.

Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is focus on the root cause and prioritise foods that naturally contain the nutrients we’re lacking.

The goal isn’t to force nutrients into the body.

The goal is to create a body that can actually use them.
