When babies feel safe in their body, they have a stronger foundation from which to learn, connect and thrive. 🤍

A baby’s nervous system is still developing. They rely on the calm, connected presence of the people around them to help them feel safe.

When a baby experiences safety in their body, they can spend less energy protecting themselves and more energy growing, exploring, learning and building relationships.

This doesn’t mean life has to be perfect. It means their body has repeated opportunities to return to a place of calm after moments of stress.

Sometimes tension from pregnancy, birth or the early weeks of life can make it harder for a baby’s nervous system to settle. Gentle, respectful bodywork can support the release of these tension patterns and create more opportunities for regulation.

Every moment a baby experiences safety is helping to shape the way they experience the world.

Because feeling safe isn’t just about today, it’s the foundation for a lifetime of learning, connection and thriving.

What families have to say about how craniosacral therapy has helped their baby.

It breaks my heart that parents are constantly told “ don’t worry, they will grow out of it”! So parents go home thinking that they just have to “deal with” their baby crying, being restless not feeding well or not sleeping.

Your instincts that are telling you there is something not right are there for a reason.

Keep searching for the help you know your baby needs.
