We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Support at Home service, Cure & Care Support Services, proudly providing support to clients across South East Melbourne and Gippsland.

Today marks a special milestone for our team as we welcome and support our first enrolled member, ensuring she receives the services and assistance she needs to continue living independently and comfortably at home. This is a proud achievement for us and a significant step forward in our commitment to caring for our community.

We are especially proud that our Practice Manager, Clare, and Integration and Program lead, Brett, had the opportunity to personally meet with our first client and guide her through the onboarding process, ensuring she felt supported every step of the way. Seeing our first client successfully enrolled and receiving services is a significant achievement for our growing team.

At Hall Road Medical Centre and Cure & Care Family Practice, we have always been dedicated to delivering quality healthcare through our GP services. We are proud to now extend our care beyond the clinic walls by offering Support at Home services under our umbrella, allowing us to provide more comprehensive and person-centred support to our patients and their families.

Madina has recently joined ๐‡๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐‘๐จ๐š๐ ๐Œ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž. She brings valuable experience from a hospital background and is now transitioning into the general practice setting. Madina is settling in well and enjoying getting to know our patients and local community.

She has already made a positive impression, and we are delighted to have her as part of our nursing team. Moving into general practice nursing can be a rewarding and fulfilling career path, and Madina is embracing this new chapter.
