We use a variety of techniques including, Remedial Massage, Dry Needling, Stretching, Corrective Exercises, education and more. Our Patients arrive to the Clinic from many

Spent the better part of 20 years working alongside the great man Dougy. Geez we talked some absolute crap in that time.
A little bit about health, a lot about sport and he told me the same handful of jokes over and over. I laughed at them every time because he was in hysterics telling them, often tears rolling down his face.
He was such a great supporter of anything I was doing and extended that to my girls and I’m forever grateful. I spoke to him 2 days before he passed and as usual it was about how both our girls were going.
We’ll miss ya Dougy 😞

Personal Development is an important part of all health industries. But funny enough, I actually enjoy studying these days. Certainly a different experience from my days in school 😬
Last weekend was spent on a 2 day course spending 16 hours honing the skills of Joint mobilizations.

We’ve all got different stress and load that’s applied to our joints, muscles etc.

We’ve all got different capacity’s that we can handle and it varies depending on what we do day to day.

But we really can take the guess work out of whether or not our bodies can handle something by preparing and recovering just as we would for sport.

This message is for all age groups! 🤝

Maybe it’s not the way you’re sleeping? Maybe don’t blame your mattress or pillow just yet..
It could be the way your body is interacting with the increased melatonin levels in your body that occur when it’s sleepy time.
That doesn’t make melatonin the bad guy, it just may explain why your niggles are worse when the head hits the pillow.
