If you follow Heart of the Horse on Instagram you will have seen me earlier in the week highly excited and on a high from opening my first sample copy of my upcoming book 'What The Horses Told Me'.

I had lots of space this month as I thought the book would be ready, but that will be most likely October/ November.

I was busy on Friday, a lot to do. I said no to going to the forest, then came back to my daughter and said yes. I need to play - to balance out the intensity of life of late.

Know what you need and making it happen. Often people arrive on my retreats when the wheels have fallen off - we have to get better of self care before a crisis makes us listen.

I came back from the forest a clearer version of me 🌿

Never underestimate the power of play & joy enjoying life’s simple pleasures 🌿

I get so many requests for one day retreats and there are not so many these days due to the weekends being booked with the longer 3 & 5 day retreats.

This is the only one in the calendar for now.

The sun will be joining us with a lovely 18 degrees ☀️

I did a video so a client could practice a mantra for courage, for cultivating strength and harnessing the strength to navigate challenges. I love these movements that go with this mantra. Brain gym 101, on purpose.

I love weaving various tools together that complement each other. Who would have thought horses, mantra. Yoga, sound healing would all combine so beautifully.
There is something powerful in the combination, it kind of just works and people feel so much better within themselves.

If you would like to spend a day here next Saturday. There will be a little bit of movement, a dose of mantra and bucket loads of healing with horses 🌿
