A little of my story… ✨

My healing journey began in 2012, when I started walking through my own transformation.
What began as personal healing slowly unfolded into something much bigger than I could ever have imagined.

Along the way, this path evolved into energy space clearing, Reiki healing, and then into becoming a Reiki Teacher — sharing this work with others and supporting them on their own journey.

From there, mentoring felt like a natural next step. I’m deeply passionate about empowering souls to grow, heal, reconnect with themselves, and step into the very best version of who they are.

I also created my podcast, Energise & Awaken, because I realised there are so many unspoken truths around spirituality — and I wanted to create a space that feels open, relaxed, fun and real.

And of course, life is not all work 🤍
Some of my greatest joy comes from simple things… sitting with a coffee at the beautiful QVB in Sydney, people watching, and walking my beloved dogs Harriet & Lucy.

To now be nominated for SLAI 2026 for Reiki Master and Evidential Medium feels incredibly special. I feel truly honoured and so grateful to be recognised for doing work that I love so deeply.
