If you want a quiet, serious environment... you might want to look elsewhere. But if you want pure, unfiltered joy (and some highly questionable fashion choices), we are your people!
A quick breakdown of the absolute chaos:
High Fashion: Traffic cones are officially the new peak couture. 🚦🎩

The Talent: Pretty sure we're ready to headline a stadium tour after those guitar sessions. 🎸🎤

Art History: Move over Picasso, that marbled blue duck is a masterpiece. 🎨🦆

The Diet: Fueled entirely by sushi, ice cream, and immaculate vibes. 🍣🍦

We love our WOW family and the incredible energy everyone brings to the space every single day. Life is never boring around here!

🎪 Sights, heights, and big smiles at the 2026 Dubbo Show! 🍿

The WOW crew had the absolute best time exploring everything the show had to offer. We braved the heights on the giant swings, zoomed around in the dodgems, tried our luck at the carnival games, and made some furry friends along the way! 🎡🦙
There is truly nothing better than a day full of non-stop laughs with our incredible WOW family. 🥰

🚨 PLEASE SHARE / HELP IDENTIFY 🚨

Does anyone recognize the two people in these photos/security footage who broke into our day centre last night?

We are going to have some very sad participants today. Absolutely all of the tools, which they worked so hard to purchase with their own money, have been taken from them. 😔💔

Just to clear up any questions:

🔒 Yes, the gates were all locked.

🔒 Yes, the tools were locked securely away.

😡 Yes, they still chose to break into our yard and steal from our community.

Any information, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated. Please message us directly or contact the police if you know anything.

We have some very exciting news to share about a familiar face!
Georgie was one of our original participants, and over the years, we’ve had the absolute privilege of watching her smash her goals and work incredibly hard. Today, we are so proud to announce that Georgie is officially a member of the WOW staffing team! 🎉
Georgie has been employed as our new Admin Assistant—she even has her own desk in the office and is already getting to work! 💻✨

A huge thank you to our incredible participants, families, and staff who have been part of this journey. We are blown away by everything we’ve achieved together and are so excited for the future! 💙

7:30 PM: A beautiful, heartfelt message thanking Anna, Kai, and the whole team for everything they do. 🥺❤️
7:40 PM: A participant calling Anna out for being "a little bit annoying." (Knowing Anna, that is definitely a fair comment! 😂)

We absolutely love our participants. Whether they are sending love to the team or roasting Anna with zero filter, that honest connection is what makes this the best job in the world. 🙌
