On Friday I had the privilege and honour of laying to rest a beautiful lady at 98 years of age. I personally salute you dear lady for all you have given to this world. Us women of today have so much to thank your generation for , we have so many freedoms and rights due to your hard work and courage. Bless you may you now Rest in Eternal Peace.

Today I went home to my home town to farewell a very courageous humble man. At a very young age he lost the ability to control his own body but he never lost control of who he was. Courageous , humble , kind and funny. He was and will continue to be an inspiration to many RIP Ash your freedom and rest is so deserved.

On Friday I attended my first RSL Funeral Service. It was beautiful. Bless this gentleman who served this country for the freedoms we too often take for granted. May you now rest in eternal peace. Thankyou

Today we said goodbye to a very special man. He was such a genuine caring person who made the life of those around him special . This world could use more like him. He has left his mark with his kindness and his humble ways. May he now rest in peace. My heart hurt for his beautiful wife. Stay kind everyone we need more of it in this difficult world.

Today I had the honour of attending the Celebration of Life for an Indigenous gentlemen It was very cultural and it was absolutely beautiful. It is so sad for any family to say goodbye to a much loved family member and also for his community but they did so with so much love and respect I am grateful for the knowledge I gained today. Strength and prayers to all.

Went home to Tottenham today for a memorial service for a beautiful lady who lived a simple but valued life. She was a very staunch member of this little community and will be greatly missed. Her four children are a credit to her, she was always there for them . My deepest condolences go to her partner Noel and all her extended family at this extremely sad time, may your many great and happy memories bring you comfort and in time help you to smile when you speak her name. Rest in Peace Mary

Today I had the honour of officiating at the funeral of an amazing lady with a beautiful family. My heart hurts for these families at this difficult time but this was exceptional. This lady was an organ donor and as I have a family member on the waiting list I know personally just what a great gift this is. Recipients are eternally grateful beyond words never forgetting that another family is going through a very sad time. You have such mixed emotions as you are so very grateful but so sad for the family. I tell my family to make the decision now if you would like to be a giver of life while you are able to take the emotion out of it. Of course I wish no one ever had to be on either side of this decision but reality is there will always be . Thankyou beautiful kind lady two families have been given another chance to keep their loved one. May you rest in peace

With the beginning of a new year I pray for happiness for all. If you are planning on getting married this year Congratulations I hope your wedding is your dream come true. Of course being a Celebrant I would be honoured to be part of making your day simply perfect Every Dubbo Celebrant is amazing and we are all different . My suggestion has alway been for you to interview a few and you will know who will fit your personality best . Times are tough atm but love costs nothing and will sustain you through anything. . Good luck and all the best, not only for this year but every year to come.
