Lauren values the holistic nature of physiotherapy and the opportunity it provides to support the whole person — not just their physical symptoms. She is passionate about understanding each individual’s goals, movement patterns, and overall well-being to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Her clinical interests include:
Sports-related injuries
Paediatric physiotherapy
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Pilates and strengthening classes

Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys swimming laps at the pool, training at the gym, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.

🛑 Back Pain Myth Busted! 🛑

“Rest is the best cure for back pain.” ❌

The truth? While it’s tempting to stay in bed, in most cases, gentle movement and guided exercises are often the quickest path to recovery. At MTM Physiotherapy Duncraig, we help you move safely, strengthen key muscles, and reduce pain — without becoming a couch potato.

💡 Tip: Try light walking or simple stretches if you’re experiencing mild back discomfort. Avoid prolonged bed rest unless advised. But remember: it’s always best to seek a physiotherapy assessment first to ensure your exercises are safe for you.

📞 Feeling stiff or sore? Book an assessment today and let our team tailor a plan that works for you.
